Adam Cohen's life is a joke. He is a standup comedian who was runner-up in 2015's "North Carolina's Funniest Person" contest, and is also a visual artist, animator and director. He created the animated YouTube channel Your Pal Adam and is co-founder of The Dangling Loafer comedy showcase in Raleigh. He has opened for Marc Maron, Todd Barry, The Sklar Brothers, Nate Bargatze and Gary Gulman, among others. His other comedic dabblings have included syndication selection of his daily comic strip "Herschel" by Creators Syndicate; co-creation of "Major Flake," an animated pilot for Cartoon Network; and many years of award-winning work as an advertising creative director. He lives in Raleigh with his wife, 2 kids, cat, and an assortment of fascinating compulsions.
